We offer cakes and cupcakes in different flavours as follows

Lemon poppy seeds.

For the fillings we have the following:

Caramel sauce
Chocolate ganache (dark, milk & white chocolate)
Blueberry combo
Strawberry jam

Precious delights is a home-based baking business in Midrand with no physical shop to walk into. We get in touch with our clients through telephone calls, online and social media platforms.

What products do you offer?

We offer round cakes ranging from 2 to multi-layers, with the smallest cake offering 10 servings. Cake sizes are as follows:

6”/ 15cm cake: 10-15 servings
7”/ 18cm cake: 15-20 servings
8”/ 20cm cake: 20-25 servings
9”/ 22,5cm cake: 25-30 servings

We make tiered cakes with sizes depending on the number of people to be served and these suits 30+ servings.

Do you make cupcakes?

We make cupcakes in a wide range of flavors, decorated with buttercream or fondant toppers and edible prints of characters.

Platters

We can wow our clients with delicious platters as listed but not limited to:

Meet platter. This comes in different sizes as follows.

Mega platter: 800g pork ribs, 300g beef strips, 16 sticky wings, 10 samosas, 16 meatballs.
Standard platter: 400g pork ribs, 150 beef strips, 10 sticky wings, 10 samosas, 10 meatballs.

Platters are served with a choice of two sauces (BBQ, Sweet chilli, and 1000 island, tzatziki sauce).

2. Cheese platter.

Our cheese platters contain hard cheddar cheese ( cheddar, gouda, pecorino romano), semi-firm (edam, cantal, Manchego), soft (brie, camembert, goat’s cheese), Blue (gorgonzola Roquefort), crackers, fruits (strawberries, grapes, apricots, fig), nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios), meats (prosciutto, ham, salami), antipasto (olives, sundried tomato, artichoke).

Served with dips & spreads (hummus, chutney, honey), and wine.

3. Fruit platter.

Contains a variety of fruits. Clients can inform us of specific fruits to be excluded from the platter and their preferences.

A deposit is payable on acceptance of the quotation.

When should I order?

At least 5 days’ notice is needed for your order to be processed. More notice might be needed, depending on the cake design you would like.

At least one month’s notice is required for wedding cakes.

Shorter notice periods can be accommodated if I have availability.
